Reintroduction of our 7 day postage option

We have now reintroduced our "Posted within 7 days" postage option - When you choose this option your order will take priority and will be made and posted within 7 days using Next Day Special Delivery. Please don't forget to enter your wedding date at the checkout.

New Swarovski Crystals

Beautiful Swarovski crystal embellishments can now being added to all of the fabrics, by request.

We use small flat 5mm Swarovski crystals delicately scattered at 4 - 5 inch intervals evenly all over the garment. More can be added if you like at extra cost.

The price starts at £20 for the smaller size up to £30 for the larger sizes. Please contact us if you would like a crystal sample.

7 day P&P during July/Aug

Please Note: Our express 7 day postage will be suspended from the website on the 7th July 2010 until the 1st Aug (for delivery after 7th Aug) Due to the high volume of orders during this busy period, so if you need your garment before the 7th Aug, please place your order as soon as possible. The 28 day and 21 day options remain unaffected.

New Measuring Guide

We have just compiled a new measuring guide to help you to decide on which size to order.

New Fleece Linings for Winter Weddings

If you are wondering how you are going to keep the chill off this winter, - our new fleece lining option could be the answer. The fleece can be used to line all of our shrugs except organza and tulle and may just be enough to keep the goose bumps away this winter!! Please add this option to your basket and you shrug will be made especially for you with a soft snugley warm lining!!

Wrapor Photo Competition Winner

Congratulations to Rosie Edwards or photo competition winner! Rosie’s stunning photo taken in the snow in Canada, is the photo we have chosen to be used on as our main homepage image. Rosie has chosen a black chiffon over duchess Wrapor shrug as her prize, which will compliment a new dress for her work’s Christmas party. Thank-you to all who sent in your beautiful photos, it was really difficult to choose a winner. We will be announcing another winner before Christmas so please keep the photo’s coming! We will be adding more to the testimonial page soon.

If you have a certain fabric or colour in mind to put the finishing touch to an outfit for the party season, there are much more fabric options available than the ones on the website and we love a challenge!
We are updating the website soon to include new fabrics and designs, including a Wrapor edged with fluffy marabou feathers and a new lace range. New fabrics will include silk organza and dupion and new colours added to our evening range.

Wrapor Photo Competition - I would like to thank all of you who have sent testimonials and pictures for the competition. First prize is a black Wrapor shrug, made from either duchess satin, chiffon, or organza as first prize. For your chance to win, please send a high resolution photo of you wearing your shrug via email and a few words about the design and service etc. Photo’s we already have will be automatically entered. Please hurry as the competition will be judged in December. The winning photo will be used on the homepage.

Save up to £10 on postage - The new free 28 day postage option has been a great success, since we introduce it in April. This is to encourage customers to order early and well in advance of their wedding, as each shrug is made to order, this will allow more time for alterations, when needed.

Please place you order for spring and summer weddings as soon as possible, as we may not be able to offer the 7 day delivery in the busy summer months – The design is unique to us and cannot be bought in the shops, please don’t leave it too late and risk disappointment on your big day.

Royal Mail have recently increased their prices, so we have had to increase ours accordingly, so if you use the 28 day option, you will make a substantial saving,

New fabrics added – We have recently added taffeta to the website, in silk and polyester, we will be adding new fabrics including silk organza in evening colours – a versatile fabric that compliments most fabrics beautifully. We are able to source hundreds of fabrics and colours, not just the range on the website – a fabric sample from our customers is always useful to match with samples from our supplier. Feel free to contact me if you need any help or advice on choosing colours and fabrics and sizing.
