We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and with the service you receive from us. We are confident that our products are of the highest quality and only the finest fabrics are used, our designs are all handcrafted with care, and made to order in the UK. Please take a few moments to read our terms and conditions:
IMPORTANT: All of our designs are made to order to your specifications, we will only accept returns if the garment is faulty, or if you require a replacement size.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns if the colour or fabric is unsuitable, as we offer a free fabric swatch service, so please use this service if colour or fabric match is important to you.
The process of production for made to order products:
Make Your Payment Place your order in the regular method, selecting the item and proceeding to the checkout. Follow the instructions provided and make your payment through Paypal or arrange to send a cheque if you prefer.
We Will Contact You Within 48 hours we will contact you via email or telephone. With details of your order including size and fabric. We will also inform you of an accurate timescale of the production for your purchase. At this stage of the procedure, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, a full no-quibble refund will be granted by Wrapor.
The order can take up to 3 weeks to complete, (or up to 4 weeks if we have to wait for cheque clearance) however this can vary depending on the fabric chosen. The timescale is given as a guide and it cannot be guaranteed, however will try our up most to ensure that we keep to the date given, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or delayed in the post.
Proceed With The Order If you are satisfied to proceed with the order, we will ask you to confirm this in writing via email or otherwise. The production of the product will not take place until the written confirmation has been received by Wapor Once the written confirmation has been received, there is a strictly no refund policy on the item. The exception to this policy will be granted if the product is deemed faulty by Wrapor.
Please note that all prices are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT).
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Postage to the UK and Ireland only.
Our designs are carefully checked, hand finished and beautifully packaged, before being sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. We try our best to keep costs of postage to a minimum.. Please allow 21 days for standard delivery.
If you require express delivery, we will confirm the dispatch date to you , within 48 hours after receiving your order. Only after this has been confirmed, will your item will be posted by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery within 7 days.
Urgent deliveries: If you choose, you can arrange to have the item posted by Royal Mail special next day delivery. Please contact us to arrange additional payment for this service.
If you require a replacement size, please contact us first to discuss the matter. You will be then issued with a return number, please return the item unworn, unwashed with tags still attached and in original packaging.
Under no circumstances should goods be returned without a return number. Most of our goods are high value items and responsibility for them remains with the customer until they are returned in original condition to us. The customer will be responsible for all return postage and insurance costs.
Pricing policy: We reserve the right to increase our prices from time to time, however existing orders will not be affected by the change.
Customer confidentiality: All personal information you share with Wrapor will remain confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.
Intellectual Property: Both the designs and the photographs on this website are copyright protected.
